When you are migrating users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 20, users that uses Outlook 2003 stop seeing Free/Busy on the users after you turn off or remove Exchange 2003.I have read the other postings regarding the fix to the missing Free/Busy.

Firewall is a Checkpoint NGX, configured for static NAT with ports 80 and 443 open.

The certificate came with an intermediate certificate that was duly imported into the Intermediate Certificate Authorities store on the OCS server.

The certificate wizard was used to import the server certificate and all OCS services then started just fine.

The server is windows server 2003 SP2, the exchange server is 2007 sp3.

Exchange was migrated from exchange 2003 and the exchange 2003 server is removed from the organisation.

There were many events logged into the event log that had an event ID of 61013 and contained text such as:"The process Data MCUSvc(7580) failed to send health notifications to the MCU factory at https://:444/Live Server/MCUFactory"The problem had "3rd party CA issue" written all over it and so this was the focus of the investigation.
