The delivery pick up and drop off times were fantastic. It arrived 5hrs earlier than time quoted (from interstate). From the images supplied above, it looks as if you sent the item in a case and not in a cardboard box with sufficient internal cushioning to protect the goods during transit.

All parcels travel in the depots on automated conveyor belts and down chutes, therefore are not manually handled from collection to delivery point. The reason the case looks unpacked is because it is. I will send the deets of the order through to you for review.
