Computer died while updating

Now the system won't load (I'm assuming its corrupt) and I'm getting a message that my WLAN card isn't working.

I tried system restore and that didn't work, whats the easiest way to fix this corrupt file?

Once you have done this, we can move forward to try to troubleshoot the issue. Check and see if the Service Status is Started and Startup type set on Automatic.

You may click on the Start button to start the service. You can also configure the Windows Time service to use an internal hardware clock or an external time source. To do so, open a command prompt as an Administrator, type the following and hit Enter: The Windows Time Service or W32maintains date and time synchronization on all clients and servers in the network.

I think the software I've been running was 4.4.1 or 4.4.4.

I slapped the battery back in while it's on this screen.

Keep pressing the Home (Volume Down button for i Phone 7 and i Phone 7 Plus) and the Power button simultaneously until the Apple logo comes back on again. It didn't give me a recovery screen though, it just assumed I wanted to download custom software. You can get into download mode (Odin mode, same thing) and that is great. So now I'm in Odin mode, with the same message as before, "Downloading, do not turn off target." Idk what to expect next. What you'll want to do is go to your computer, install Samsung Kies, which is Samsungs computer suite for their mobile devices. As we all know, restarting your i Phone seems to be an omnipotent trick to solve most minor problems on the first try. Then release both buttons and your i Phone should boot up successfully and work normally.
