XML type for PostgreSQL

This is home page for 'XML Type for PostgreSQL' project.

This project was started as a part of Google Summer of Code 2006. Now the code is disributed as a patch, assumed to be applied to CVS version of PostgreSQL (8.2devel). After applying the patch you should run configure with '--with-xml' option and then =make, as usual and initdb new cluster. Patch assumes that libxml2 is installed on your system.
